Shipping Policy
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75 within the continental United States. Orders under $75 ship for a flat rate of $8.95.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping (Free over $75): 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days — $14.95
- Overnight Shipping: Next business day — $29.95
Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST on business days ship the same day. Weekend and holiday orders ship the next business day.
International Shipping
We ship to Canada, the UK, Australia, and most of Europe. International rates are calculated at checkout. Customs duties and import taxes are the recipient's responsibility.
Returns & Exchanges
60-Day Return Window
Return any item within 60 days of delivery in original condition with tags attached. Worn, washed, or damaged items are not eligible unless they arrived defective.
How to Start a Return
- Email returns@trailforge.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll send a prepaid UPS return label within 1 business day.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return.
Exchanges
Exchange for a different size or color — exchange shipping is free and processed within 2 business days of receiving your return.
Defective or Damaged Items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement immediately at no cost — no need to return the original.
